The general basis of the workshops and all other offers from Lena Maya are the following terms and conditions

1. Registration: For all offers from Lena Maya, participation with written registration for events by e-mail is considered binding. Upon receipt of the registration, the participant confirms that he/she has read the terms and conditions and agrees to them. After registration, the participant will receive a booking confirmation. Since the number of participants for events is limited, the registrations will be ranked according to the receipt of payment.

2. Fees and terms of payment: As a confirmation of registration, the participant will receive an e-mail with the exact dates of the event, relevant information on the procedure and account information. The invoice amount is due without deduction within three working days of registration. Payment of the workshop fee before the start of the event is a prerequisite for participation in the event. The workshop fee includes participation in the event, the material costs and the cleaning fee.

3. Withdrawal regulation: If the withdrawal is made more than 24 hours before the start of the event, it is free of charge. If the registration is withdrawn within 24 hours before the start of the event, the full workshop fee is due within three working days. No reimbursement of the workshop fee is possible at the beginning of the event. The withdrawal of the registration must be sent in writing to Lenamaya@gmx.at  take place. In exceptional cases, the workshop leader can set an alternative date once.

4. Cancellation of the event by the organizer: If the organizer is unable to make an appointment due to unforeseeable events or illness, an alternative date will be set. Liability and damage claims against the organizer cannot be asserted.

5. Execution: The organizer reserves the right to change the dates and the event location if there are important reasons. The organizer is responsible for deciding on the course of the event and the use of working methods. The organizer is entitled to appoint a representative with the same qualifications.

6. Liability: The organizer assumes no liability whatsoever for damage to property or health on arrival and departure or during the event. In particular, no liability is assumed for paint splashes and signs of wear and tear on walls, floors and the interior fittings when the offers are carried out on the customer's premises. The organizer provides its services without liability and guarantee. Every participant is obliged, and upon registration declares that he/she is willing and able to take full responsibility for himself/herself and his/her child(ren).

8. Miscellaneous: There are no ancillary agreements to these General Terms and Conditions. Supplementary or deviating agreements to these GTC must be in writing. Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. Austrian law applies exclusively to the contractual relationship. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
