After a long break, I dare to take a dance course again, we start small but powerful with 6 units. If there is interest, of course with an option to extend.
WHAT? A course for EVERYONE who wants to dance, move, shake the winter out of their bones. I draw from my knowledge base of contemporary dance, contact improvisation and the rich world of improvisational technique. I also mix in elements of (body) perception techniques.
Together this results in a colorful mix and a place where we can indulge in the joys of dance as free as possible from constraints. We will try it out, hop, roll, jump, humorously turn to small or larger sequences and hopefully never lose the joy of dancing.
WHO? This course is suitable for all people* with bodies, especially those who would like to immerse themselve…
