Dear people big and small, prick up your ears!
After a long break, I dare to take a dance course again, we start small but powerful with 6 units. If there is interest, of course with an option to extend.
WHAT? A course for EVERYONE who wants to dance, move, shake the winter out of their bones. I draw from my knowledge base of contemporary dance, contact improvisation and the rich world of improvisational technique. I also mix in elements of (body) perception techniques.
Together, this results in a colorful mixture and a place where we can indulge in the joys of dance as freely as possible. We will try it out, hop, roll, jump, humorously turn to small or larger sequences and hopefully never lose the joy of dancing.
WHO? This course is suitable for all people* with bodies, especially those who would like to immerse themselves in the world of contemporary dance or those who would like to devote themselves to the always exciting fundamentals. The level is also adapted to the course participants.
WHEN? Tuesdays 6 units – 29.3, 5.4., 12.4., (one week break!), 26.4., 3.5.& 10.5. always from 6-7.30 p.m.
