Om, Oida! Hatha yoga

I lure you out of your reserve on Tuesday evenings, help you to enjoy removing your physical patina by glaring at you, encouraging you and carrying you through the hours in the most competent way. A course for absolute beginners and those with experience. I will help you grow into a healthy, relaxed yoga practice. Work with me on how you can deal well with yourself on the yoga mat (and in everyday life, nona). Stretching, strengthening and balance exercises, breathing exercises and meditation. The course level is adapted to the participants.
